Our work is built around dignity, inclusion, respect, and the belief that every person deserves the chance to participate and thrive.

Founder & President

Vengelo Hardmon Jr.

JustWin Foundation was created from both professional experience and a personal commitment to the autism and IDD community. Years of direct-support work provided firsthand experience with the importance of meaningful programming, community access, strong relationships, and opportunities that continue into adulthood.

The mission is also personal. Having a nephew with autism and an intellectual disability helped shape the belief that families should be able to expect more than safety alone: they should be able to hope for inclusion, progress, relationships, purpose, and meaningful experiences for the people they love.

“Opportunity should not end when adulthood begins.”
