JustWin Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Our mission goes beyond basic care. We believe every individual deserves opportunities to develop skills, build confidence, participate in the community, form meaningful relationships, and work toward greater independence.
JustWin was created around a simple belief: every person has potential, and the right environment, support, and opportunities can help that potential grow.

Our Founder
Vengelo Hardmon Jr.
Founder & President
Vengelo Hardmon Jr. founded JustWin Corporation after years of working directly within the intellectual and developmental disabilities community and seeing both the positive impact of quality support and the need for additional person-centered opportunities.
His professional background includes direct support services, one-to-one support, skill development, community-based programming, social and vocational instruction, and working with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
The mission is also personal. Having a nephew with autism and an intellectual disability helped shape his understanding of what families want for the people they love: safety and support, but also meaningful opportunities, respect, relationships, independence, and a fulfilling life.
